Day 3 - 59 Miles Rochester to Winona

Great day for a bike ride. We started a little after 7am to head towards Tim's hometown of Winona, MN. Our journey found us on beautiful trails, hard packed dirt roads and even entering a walk in refrigerator at a local strawberry farm. This unmanned farm stand was so trusting .... you just pay and take change as you need it!






Unfortunately, Cathy got a flat... but fixed it fairly quickly.





The tail winds we experienced today were incredible!!! We made great time to get to Winona then road the beautiful trail around Lake Winona to see the Sugarloaf Rock before meeting up with Tim's Family.



Dinner tonight was at Rocco's pizza.... a favorite pizza joint of the Mueller's for over 50 years.



Playing outdoors with Tim's niece, Shayna and nephew, Kaden in the pleasant summer evening finished the full day.
